• 2015-2023: Rector’s Delegate of the University of Padua for Institutional Communication and Science Communication (re-appointed in October 2021);

• October 2016: appointed Rector’s Delegate for Institutional Communication and Science Communication, University of Padua (confirmed, October 2021; coordinator for the celebrations of 800 years from the foundation of the University of Padua in 2022);

• November 25, 2015: appointed Full Professor in Philosophy of Biological Sciences at the Department of Biology, University of Padua; the first Italian chair of this kind and the only one in a Department of Biology; as Full Professor he teaches also Bioethics for Biotechnologies and Science Communication;
